How to return a parcel

HOW TO RETURN A PARCEL

Important information:
- It is essential that you contact us by email (contact@mygarminstraps.shop) so that a counsellor can confirm your request. If you return your item without an advisor's approval, an exchange or refund will not be possible.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to request an exchange or refund. You have a maximum of 14 days from your initial email to send the package.

The product to be returned must meet the following conditions for an exchange or refund:

WHAT NOT TO DO:

- We do not accept large parcels, delivery to a relay point, hand delivery or delivery against signature. (If you choose one of these options, your products will not be automatically delivered to our returns centre. And if no representative is present at the time of delivery, your return will not be collected).

- We do not accept products without their original packaging, nor products or packaging damaged by customer use. (It is possible to make a return without the packaging, but 2€ or similar in your currency will be deducted from the refund or return per missing / damaged packaging).

- We do not accept returns via any carrier other than AN POST / ROYAL MAIL / AUSPOST / NZ POST. Our logistics centre is authorised to automatically receive returns 7 days a week via the AN POST / ROYAL MAIL / AUSPOST / NZ POST carrier.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND:

- Your return must be accompanied by a document or blank sheet indicating your order number. (You can find your order number on the purchase confirmation email or by contacting us by email.)

- Products must be returned in an envelope / letter (So that they are automatically received by our logistics centre). WE DO NOT ACCEPT PARCEL.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

We ask you to send your package to our returns centre, available at the following address:

If you have not complied with the returns conditions, we are entitled to refuse you a refund. If your return is over €50 (or equivalent in your currency), we advise you to take out delivery insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any problems with the return of your products.

DEADLINES FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS :

As a rule, returns are processed twice a week. (On public holidays or school holidays, the deadlines may be slightly longer).

-> If you have chosen a refund, you will receive an email confirming the refund. You will receive the refund directly to your payment method and the transaction will be visible within 2 to 5 days, depending on the bank.

-> If you have chosen to return your product or a similar product, your new order will be 100% created at our expense and returned as soon as possible. (A confirmation will be sent to you by email).
