Do you deliver at weekends ?

Yes, our delivery partners deliver on Saturday morning and afternoon. However, delivery for Sunday is not possible.

Is the delivery free of charge?

Our delivery is 100% free with no minimum order value for all orders.

Is it possible to track my order?

Yes, of course all our shipments include the tracked delivery option (100% free of charge). Once your order has been processed and accepted by our shipping partner, you will receive an email with your link and tracking number.

Who are your delivery partners?

We mainly use La Poste, Hermes, DHL and yunexpress for deliveries to Europe.

Do you also ship outside the UK?

Yes, of course. We can deliver to Ireland, Spain, the Netherlands, Finland, Norway and Italy.

How long does the delivery take?

If your order is placed in France, delivery will be made within 72 hours via La Poste.

If your order comes from abroad, it takes 5-7 days for delivery.

How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

Orders shipped from France are placed at the post office every morning (Monday to Friday).

Orders shipped from abroad are dispatched within 72 hours.

How long does it take for an order to be processed?

All orders are processed the same evening between 23.00 and 24.00.

Return & Refund :

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days after receiving your package to arrange a return. We will refund you 100% of the purchase price.

When will I receive my refund?

Refund requests can be quite lengthy. You need to allow for the delivery time for the return. Our payment processor will credit your refund within 3 to 14 days, depending on your bank.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase.

Once the 24 hours have passed, you can no longer cancel your order, unless it has not yet been shipped.

The wristband does not fit, what can I do?

We offer a 14-day return policy. Within this period, you can return the bracelet to us and we will refund you the full purchase price. We are also happy to help you find a bracelet that suits you!

Who pays the costs for the return shipment?

Two cases are possible:

- you have received a broken, damaged, incomplete or non-compliant product, in which case the return and delivery of the new product are entirely at our expense.

- you wish to return your product for an exchange or refund, in which case the return is at your expense.

I have received a broken or damaged product, what can I do?

Don't panic, even though this type of problem is rare, it is not impossible. Send us a video of the product by email and we will send it back to you at 100% of our cost.

Yes, our company accepts Visa, Mastercard. Our payment partners are Shopify Payment, Mollie and Paypal, so we do not have access to your payment information.

When will my payment be deducted?

Your credit card will be charged for the price of your order 24 to 72 hours after purchase.

Are our wristbands original Garmin products?

No, our products are generic wristbands in premium quality and compatible with the brand

Do you offer a guarantee when you buy your products?

We offer a 2 month to 1 year paid warranty, available after purchasing a product from us. This guarantee covers delivery problems, theft and loss.

My parcel is marked as delivered but I have not received anything, what should I do?

As a first step, please check with your neighbours. Also check your mailbox to see if a notice was delivered there. You can also call the post office with your tracking number to describe the problem.
